The complete system, live

The memory, the intake, the agents, the Council and foresight. All of it running, with demonstration data.

The memory, live

Turn it with your mouse or a finger, zoom in with the wheel or a pinch, and tap any node to see what it is, where it came from and who maintains it.

16 processes · 8 external sources · 12 agents · 410 nodes and 654 connections

Demonstration data

Inputs and outputs

What goes into the brain, and what comes out

Nothing new has to be entered by hand. What goes in is what your company already produces, and what comes out arrives in the form each person needs.

In

  • Documents that already exist

Contracts, permits, certificates, drawings and case files, with their version and their date.

  • Email, forms and tickets

Everything that arrives unsorted through the company’s inboxes.

  • The systems you already use

What your operation records today, without changing tools.

  • External sources

Regulations, official publications, standards and industry indicators.

Out

  • Warnings before the deadline

To the person responsible, with the document already at hand.

  • Reports on schedule

Indicators, exceptions and whatever needs a decision, without anyone having to ask.

  • Answers with their source

Anyone asks in plain language and receives the document the answer came from.

  • Projections with their margin

The likely scenario, the assumption it starts from, and how far it reaches.

What goes in keeps its origin and its date. That’s why what comes out can be traced back to the document that supports it.

What it looks like in operation

Every agent has a schedule, a recipient and something to put in writing

Demonstration data

  • Expiration watch

Daily, 07:00 · Owner of each obligation

An alert with the document about to expire, and the record updated once it is renewed

    waiting

  • External change monitor

Wednesdays, 09:00 · Compliance desk and the area affected

What changed in the source and which internal records it affects

    waiting

  • Anomaly detector

    Daily, 06:00 · Plant management

The deviation against your own pattern, with the alert already drafted

    waiting

  • Inbox classifier

Live · The area it belongs to

The request classified, routed, and with a proposed reply

    waiting

  • Capture and reconciliation

    On demand · Administration

The data extracted and validated, with whatever does not add up marked

    waiting

  • Executive report

First day of each month, 07:00 · Executive leadership

Indicators, exceptions, and what calls for a decision

    waiting

  • Audit preparation

Ahead of each audit · Owner of the quality system

The evidence gathered requirement by requirement and the gaps marked

    waiting

  • Return deadline control

    Fridays, 08:00 · Foreign trade

The lots coming due and projected consumption against their deadline

    waiting

A supervisor checks that each one is running and restarts it if it stops responding. A sentinel watches the supervisor. Nobody has to remember to check the board.

The Council

Five agents on the same information

When management asks something that has no single answer, no model replies on its own: the Council deliberates. All five agents read exactly the same data and have the same capability; what separates them is how they are configured. The consensus comes out of that controlled disagreement.

Demonstration data

All five are configured, one by one

Pick an agent and set its stance: how much optimism it starts from, how far it may move from the data, and how far ahead it looks. The presets move all five at once.

Adjust this agent: Agent 01

  • CautiousOptimistic

Which starting assumption it builds the scenario on when the data admits more than one reading.

  • ExploratoryStrict

How far it may move from what is on record. At the right end it asserts nothing it cannot cite.

  • NearFar

How far ahead it looks. The farther out, the wider the range: the system shows that instead of hiding it.

Model

The highest reasoning capability. For the questions a decision hangs on.

Reasoning effort

Model and effort are set agent by agent: not everything deserves the same amount of reasoning. They run on a plan in your company’s name, under a clause that prevents your information from being used to train third-party models.

Council profile: Balanced

  1. Reading the memory
  2. All five analyze separately
  3. The five stances are weighed against each other
  4. Consensus is sought and sources verified
  5. The conclusion is drafted

None of the five decides on its own or drafts the consensus: the consensus is what remains once the five stances have been weighed against each other. And every conclusion states the configuration it was issued under, so a difference between two councils on the same data is information, not contradiction.

Every conclusion arrives with its margin of error, its assumptions and the sources that support it, internal and public. It doesn’t guess: it calculates from information it can cite.

Foresight

With enough memory, the system warns you

It cross-checks what happened inside against what is changing outside, and raises the scenario while there is still a decision to make.

The forecast is delivered with its range and its assumptions, not as a bare number.

Demonstration data

Your own recordScenario rangeLikely case
  1. 01

    Projection over your own history

A production line slows down and the system flags it along with its cause, before the monthly report.

  2. 02

    Cross-check against the outside

The regulation changed yesterday: the warning arrives together with the specific filing of yours that it affects.

  3. 03

What happens if one variable moves

Comparable scenarios before committing budget, each with its assumption in plain sight.

What gets watched outside, and what triggers a warning

Half of what moves a result does not originate inside the company. The system follows those series and cross-checks them against your operation.

  • Exchange rate

The rate is tracked and translated into your operation’s real exposure: what you buy abroad and what you charge abroad.

  • Input prices

The raw materials and energy that weigh on your cost, each with its series and its trend.

  • Sector demand

The public indicators of the market you sell into, so you can tell what is happening to you apart from what is happening to everyone.

  • Regulation and foreign trade

What changes in the rules and in the tariffs that apply to you, together with the specific filing of yours that it affects.

The warning arrives earlier, and with the cause

Every indicator is given a band. When a value moves outside its band, the warning doesn’t just say it did: it arrives with the probable cause, the data supporting it, and who it falls to.

A projection is not a certainty: the system shows the assumption, the data and the margin. The decision remains yours.

What it doesn’t know

An honest brain declares its coverage

The system publishes which documents it holds, when each one came in, and which parts of the operation are not covered yet. If it’s asked something that isn’t in its sources, it answers that it doesn’t know.

It looks like a detail and it’s the opposite: an assistant that always answers something is an assistant you cannot delegate a decision to.

Start with the process that costs you most

You don’t need a diagnosis of the whole company: one specific process is enough.
