Where this came from
We were our own first client
The JMA group has been running its own memory since before it offered one. It holds an index of the organization, with entries by client, by project and by decision made, each carrying the date it was last reviewed. Its agents comb the sources, detect what changed and raise prioritized findings for someone to act on.
This is not a demonstration assembled to sell. It’s the tool we work with every day, and the method we’re proposing to you came out of it.
