Method

A proven method, terms in writing

The seven phases of the project, how each module is built, and what we put our name to.

The process

How it is built, phase by phase

Seven phases in an order that isn’t improvised: each one leaves the next one ready to start.

  1. Phase 1

    Understand before building

The problem first, not the tool. The operation is mapped with the people who run it, and whatever pays back the investment soonest goes first.

    • A platform for your company alone
    • You choose the infrastructure
    • Prioritized by return
  2. Phase 2

    The brain is designed

The structure is designed before a single document goes in. With a training technique of our own, querying it costs a fraction of the usual, and it answers on the spot.

    • A training technique developed by our own engineers
    • Frontier models, on a plan in your company’s name
    • Model and effort are chosen function by function
  3. Phase 3

The agents that maintain it are built

A memory with nobody maintaining it degrades on its own. The agents take in what arrives, flag what is missing and warn about what is expiring; a supervisor watches over them.

    • Designed one by one by our team
    • The data does not degrade over time
    • Their status is visible: what ran, and when
  4. Phase 4

The company’s entire history goes in

The complete history goes in and the cloud drives and email get connected. We do not read your information: the system absorbs it, orders it and distills it.

    • Documents, email, cloud drives and current systems
    • Paper gets digitized, not discarded
    • Continuous intake: the memory doesn’t age
  5. Phase 5

    The management functions get built

Management asks in plain language, anticipates scenarios and catches problems in time. The Council — five agents — deliberates and signs every conclusion together with its assumptions.

    • Forecasts with their margin and their assumptions
    • Problems detected along with their cause
    • Every answer cites the document it came from
  6. Phase 6

The modules, one at a time

You start with the process that costs you most and advance at the pace of your operation. Each module draws from the brain and feeds it with what it produces.

    • HR, staffing, compliance, production, warehouse, foreign trade
    • Computer vision for quality control, including X-ray
    • Legal support where the regulation demands it
  7. Phase 7

It stays in operation, and up to date

Once your operation is automated as far as you want it to be, we stay in charge: the agents keep feeding the memory and the regulatory library is updated when the law changes. Your team gets on with using it.

    • Continuous operation and regulatory updates
    • Improvements on demand
    • We train the people who use it

One module, from the inside

Five steps, and none of them gets skipped

Every module is built the same way: a short, proven order is the reason it comes out fast.

  1. Step 01

    Choose the process

One specific process, with an identifiable owner and a problem that fits in a single sentence.

  2. Step 02

Map it with the people who do it

With the people who carry it out today, including what they do outside the written procedure.

  3. Step 03

    Build it on real data

With your company’s own information and connected to the systems you already use, not in a laboratory environment.

  4. Step 04

Test it against what already happened

Before any user touches it, the module is put up against last year’s real cases. That’s where you find out whether it works.

  5. Step 05

    Put it to work

It goes into operation with people using it and trained to use it. The next one doesn’t start until then.

Terms

What we build is for your company, and for your company alone

An operating memory concentrates the most sensitive material a company has. These terms are the reason a project like this can be accepted.

  • Built for a single company

Your vocabulary, your processes and your screens. The platform built for your company is used by your company alone.

  • Each company, its own brain

Separate from anyone else’s, and inside it each area sees what concerns it.

  • Auditable whenever you want

By your own people or by an independent third party. We would rather it be reviewed by someone who doesn’t depend on us.

  • Your data does not train anyone else’s models

The AI operates within your company’s environment, under a contract that prohibits using your information to train third-party models.

  • We tell you what we cannot guarantee

Nothing is completely secure or completely exact. Anyone who claims otherwise is selling you peace of mind, not a system.

Data security

“We didn’t learn to protect this afterwards. It’s where we come from.”

The group’s cybersecurity practice existed before the artificial intelligence division did. And it’s needed: bringing a company’s documentation, contracts and numbers together in one place creates a target that did not exist before. The vendor who builds that concentration usually doesn’t answer for the rest of the organization, and that’s where the gap stays open.

There is no gap here: segmentation, hardening and access governance are inside the scope of the project, handled by the same people who build and operate it. We do everything that can be done, and we say it plainly: an absolute guarantee does not exist, and anyone offering one is not being honest with you.

  • The brain
  • Segmentation
  • Hardening
  • Access governance
  • Three layers and a single party responsible: whoever builds it, whoever operates it and whoever protects it.

Start with the process that costs you most

You don’t need a diagnosis of the whole company: one specific process is enough.
